The Company engages the services of property brokers and agents to assist in the leasing of vacant space. Commissions are paid in accordance with the guidelines as set out by the South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA).

• 5% on the first two years′ rental
• 2,5% on the next three years′ rental
• 1,5% on the next thee years′ rental, and
• 1% on the balance.
